It wasn’t too long ago that just like you, we were also builders; crafting amazing homes and delivering successful projects to our clients.
Starting with small renovations, new homes, and then moving onto luxury builds and larger multi unit projects, we’ve completed projects ranging from $250k to $10m in contract value, turning over more than $150 million in total contract revenue.
Amongst all of this however, what always took second place was systemisation, and implementing formal processes into our building business.
Like most builders, we knew we needed to implement formal systems and processes (rather than scattered emails, random documents, and everything being 'in our head'), but again like most builders, we were always ‘too busy’ - on the ground delivering projects, putting out spot fires, and just getting by on a day to day basis.
We knew what had to be done, we knew what we needed, but we never had the time (or Wunderbuild for that matter) to be able to fully implement.
It was from this knowing need in our own construction business (and knowing that most builders were in the same boat) that CONSYSTEMISE was born.
